February is Black History Month!
This page is dedicated to you, the user. We hope that you will provide information that would be helpful to other individuals who are recovering from an abusive relationship. Some suggestions for submissions are quick, easy, and inexpensive recipes while still being nutritious. People also need to know tips on making their lives easier or safer.
Send your recipes and tips to our email address (email@example.com) or (firstname.lastname@example.org), and we will insert them on the page. Please include the name of the person who provided the information with any sources required. (You can also remain anonymous.)
We hope you will return often to see “what is new!”
1 1/2 to 2 cups cooked noodles
1 lb. hamburger and fry with onions
1 can cream-style corn
1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour or until done.
Parking: Do not park beside a van with sliding doors on the side. When you get into your vehicle, if someone was in the back of the van, they could open the door and pull you in, and no one would know!
Unstick a Bumper Sticker: Dampen a sheet of newspaper with warm water and lay it over the sticker for 15 minutes. When the paper has disintegrated, you can wipe it and the stick away in just a few swipes.
Bounce: Repel Mosquitoes. Tie a sheet of Bounce through a belt loop outdoors during mosquito season.
